The Garden Journey

The  plan  was  to  create  a small  fruit  &  vegetable  Garden  in  our  backyard  that  would  provide  us  with  some  of  our  favorite  things  to  eat.  I  later  found  out  how  tranquil the  space  is  &  how  much  I  love  being  in  the Garden during  the  warm  months.  

There  was  a  empty  area  on  our  1.56  acres  of  land  that  we  initially  intended  to be  a  outdoor  lounge  area.  After  those  plans  didn‘t  workout,  we  decided  it  would  be  an  ideal  space  for  our  Garden.  

We  knew  we  wanted  the  Garden  Area  to  look  welcoming  to  anyone  who  would  stop  by  our  home.  We  wanted  our  house  guest  to  feel  as  relaxed   as  we  felt  when  in  this  area  of  our  yard.  It  was  important  to  add  the  right  finishes  to  give  the  Garden  a  warm  &  inviting  feel.  

It  was  a  challenge  at  first  but  we  were   able  to  grow   fruit  &  vegetables  to  enjoy  throughout  the  Summer  Season.
